This project has now completed the service knowledge training and assessment and has been launched, significantly relieving the recruiting difficulties, high costs, and rapid loss of personnel encountered by the W Company in the United States.
Callnovo’s Nurse Credential Verification Team
This is a fast, detail-oriented medical-related project that has specific requirements; Callnovo’s Nursing Credential Verification Team must share fluent-to-near-native English language communication skills, fast coordination, and multi-tasking and processing abilities, as well as certain medical sector audit experience and a strong knowledge background. Callnovo’s team’s primary responsibilities are:
- represent the W Company by matching appropriate professional nurse skills to medical institutions, social organizations, and private employers with nurse demands, establishing bonds with nurse prospects and providing a great service experience for applicants,
- maintain efficient communication with nursing applicants, gather and arrange required information, and review nurse candidates’ qualification credentials to ensure they are accurate and compliant,
- ensure that the documentation is up to date and that updates and changes are provided to the team timely,
- conduct occupational background checks on potential nurses, and
- setup interview appointments, send renewal letters, etc…
